Kathy Willens is retiring after 45 years with the AP

Kathy Willens is retiring after 45 years with the Associated Press. Kathy is a great ambassador of photojournalism and will be missed on the sidelines and the photo wells at the stadiums around New York. The NY Yankees had a before-game presentation today, June 28th, 2021, to say thank you and presented Willens with a photo signed by the team and handed to her at home-plate by manager Aaron Boone.
